• Lead the Compliance department in North East Africa and Maghreb
• Implementing and overseeing Compliance Program and for providing compliance counseling on a wide range of matters relating to anti-corruption and PhRMA industry codes and standards and local legal requirements, as well as promoting compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes to the highest standards of integrity.
• Leading the development and roll-out of policies, procedures

• Driving awareness of the importance of compliance and identify areas of compliance vulnerability and risk and propose plans to prevent and detect conduct inconsistent with the policies, industry codes and the law and undertake corrective actions to resolve Compliance-related issues.

• Development of a training program to support the effective implementation of the Compliance Program and deliver and track training to company personnel and provide guidance, information and education on compliance-related matters.

• Establishment of lines of communication to facilitate the reporting of potential compliance issues.

• Conduction or participation in internal investigations of allegations of potential violations of company policies or the law
• Monitoring of the documents related to all aspects of commercial and medical activities
• A main member of the Medical Governance Working Group of PhRMA Egypt.

• Responsible to promote quality management, compliance, inspection readiness, training, process improvements, and oversight needed to ensure high quality performance of the medical department in AfME

• Responsible about Cardiovascular Portfolio
• Responsible for Participate in Opinion Leaders development programs as well as preparing medical training sessions for the field force and helping and advising marketing group on developing promotional programs, materials, marketing activities, group presentations, and conferences
