Receiving corporate letters in order to approve listing on the stock exchange, As well as receiving correspondence from governmental and private institutions.
Compile data, and prepare memos and reports on topics and studies from various parties.
Prepare agendas for each committee separately according to the financial, regulatory or technical needs.
Support, Organize, and taking Meeting minutes.
Publishing information and decisions provided by GM to internal / external parts, and on the official website.
2. An experienced as Document Controller in Copying, scanning and Archiving documents physical and digital records, with Create templates for future use, Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information, and Review and update documents.
3. An experienced Preparing reports in various research topics, through data collection, analyze and extract the information from excel format and displaying the outcomes on charts showing and identifying the main insights that can be later used for the right actions.
4. Participated as a Customer Service Agent in Shares ownership department, which enabled me to communicate with customers and shareholders and make the necessary transfer of shares after making sure that they meet the required documents for the merger by the agreed conditions.
