Managing MEP consulting team.
. Managing project tender process.
. Review contractor tender documents, time schedule, invoices, material submittal, shop drawing, quality plan, safety plan, site inspection, monthly progress report, material inspection and approve vendor list.

Project: MOI (Minster of Interior) Medical City in Riyadh, KSA.
Project consists of : Medical hospital ( G+4 podium+ 12 floors) covered 1500 beds, service tunnel, MV culvert, 32 Apartments G+ 8 floors, 190 Villas, utility buildings data center, And Infrastructure (12 Billion SR project)
Responsibility:
· Managing MEP team to complete MEP site work for Infrastructure underground systems (M.V, L.V, FOC, storm water, potable water, irrigation, firefighting, waste water, LPG, Irrigation, chilled & hot water)
& Utility Buildings (Chiller, Boiler, Stand by power plant, substation, Maintenance building, fire station, warehouse, sold waste transfer station, water treatment plant, data center ).
· Managing MEP subcontractors.
· Creating a detailed work plan that identify the sequence and activities needed that successfully completes the project.
· Developing forms and records to documents project activity and ensure that all the project information in properly documents and secured.
· Coordinating between site teams (electrical, mechanical, civil) and Technical to solve MEP services clashes, QC to close rejected IRs and NCR, project control to control labors productivity, work efficiency, monthly budget, calming IRs and site progress, procurement to follow up material delivery dates, plant and service to get required equipment to complete site works, and solving the problems which is delay the progress.
· Planning monthly target, ensure achieving work efficiency and labors productivity rates, and monitoring work budget.
· Reviewing the design to achieve the value engineering and coordinating with technical department.
· Reviewing the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that is meets the project standard.
· Leading MEP team to close MEP project punch items to hand over the project.
· Ensuring safety process and procedures are properly implemented at the site
Project: YASREF (Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining), Yanbu, KSA
Project consists of: MC5 package Infrastructure & Buildings (Refinery center control, Administration, laboratory, maintenance, engineering, warehouse, fire station, shelters (800 Million SR project)
Responsibility:
. Reviewed specifications, drawings and project manuals.
. Coordinated the work with mechanical, civil, procurement, QC & project control teams.
. Prepared the required method statements for the installation work
. Completed electrical work in safety and fire building and central control buildings.
. Led Infrastructure electrical team and subcontractor to complete and handing over infrastructure work underground cable M.V, L.V, street light, landscape & FOC cables (excavation, pulling cables, testing, and backfilling)
. Managed subcontractor MMR to complete and handing over electrical work in Data Center building.
. Managed subcontractor Honeywell to complete installation, testing commissioning and handing over Fire alarm system for all the project.
. Coordinated with interface packages and connection points between MC5 package & other packages in the projects.
. Managed subcontractor DALLAH TRANE, Siemens and coordinated with HVAC team, to complete installation, testing commissioning and handing over for BMS system for all buildings in the project.
. Coordinated with procurement and technical team to close all the material and design issues.
. Managed testing, commissioning and handing over process for the project machines with the vendors.
. Completed and handed over red- markup and as-built drawings.
. Led the electrical team to close electrical project punch items to get PMCC for all buildings in the project approved.
Project: ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) Housing complex project
Project consists of: 8 residential buildings each building G+ 11th floors, and infrastructure.
Responsibility:
. Reviewed the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Quality Management Procedure.
· Reviewed the submitted documents prior to its final submittal to consultant.
· Inspected all the electrical site work (infrastructure and the buildings) to be sure it is as per the project specification and approved drawings.
· Organized inspection works for client / consultant.
· Led the Quality Control electrical team.
· Ensured inspections are carried out in a timely manner and documented as per QA/QC system.
· Ensured that all subcontractor in the project update their procedures, and method of statements.
· Ensured the Quality records are completed, indexed, maintained in Quality Control Department and ready for handover in final package.
Projects: Global Foundry microchips factory for computer, Shams Photovoltaic
Project consists of: Factory buildings, and infrastructure.
Responsibility:
· Electrical power supply system concept design according to local utilities, regulations, international codes design guides for Medium, low voltage network, photo voltaic and Street lighting networks.
· Prepared technical specifications.
· Supervised CAD operators in all project related matters.
· Coordinated with Architects, Structural Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers and external design consultant.
· Reviewed all the electrical drawings and material submittals.

Projects: MASDAR city (Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company), Abu Dhabi
Project consists of: MASDAR institute, 10 MW solar project, MASDAR HQ, infrastructure, Tunnel, Tokyo project, retails, Car Park top roof PV.
Responsibility:
· Reviewed and checked all electrical drawings and material submittals for the projects in the city (MASDAR Institute project- Tokyo Project- 10 MW Solar power plant including 3 substations, 7 PUs and 6 inverters rooms, 10 Retails in MASDAR Institute) to be sure it is matching with project specification and local authorities regulation.
· Coordinated with ADDC /ADWEA, Town Planning Dept. in ADM and MASDAR city designer to get required drawing approvals for MASDAR city.
· Supervised and inspected the electrical contractor's site work for electrical connection projects inside MASDAR city (Tokyo Project - Toledo site office - Car Park top roof PV- 10 MW Solar power plant).
· Facility Management work, Reviewed the operation and maintenance contractors monthly reports and carried out monthly inspection for power network Inside MASDAR city, Worked on design the electricity meter strategy for MASDAR city, Managed the communication with ADDC, Prepared the site office for the clients in MASDAR city SAF offices.
. Issued work permits for the retails contractors.
· Prepared MASDAR city Permitting manual and Fit out design guide lines with permitting team.
· Completed design and get approval from ADDC with MASDAR power team for solar PV projects inside and outside MASDAR City.
· Managed electrical connection project in MASDAR city for 2 facilities (Tokyo project and site office).
· Worked with CH2M HILL International Program Management for MASDAR city projects, (10 MW solar power plant, MASDAR city utilities coordination and get approval from ADM town planning for services corridor).
. I was trained in ADDC, ADM, and Abu Dhabi Urban planning department to get the required knowledge for preparing MASDAR city permitting manual and fit out design guide line.
• Reviewed the main contractor's construction programs in detail, preparation & releasing of overall milestone Electrical, Managing & Controlling Target Plans.
• Prepared and coordinated of shop drawings and liaison with other discipline engineers, Preparation and review of design changes and ensure that the drawings comply with ADDC regulation.
• Ensured that all drawings and material submittals are submitted in a timely manner to comply with the approved program of works.
• Ensured that safety rules and regulations are communicated to the workforce and are fully enforced.
• Monitored of all Sub-contractors work closely to ensure that the quality of the work is as per specification and is completed on time.
