Responsibilities:
Ensure the highest level of service is provided to the customers. Contribute and attend customer service, dealers, and sales back office support calls/emails.
Provide proactive support to the customer service/dealers/sales teams.
I had the privilege to learn about E-Service workflow as I have been assigned to support the E-Service team during WAVO's relaunch till this very moment.
Responsibilities:
• Happily helping the customers to choose the best coffee machine that suit them.
• Encourage the customers to try new coffee flavors capsules.
• Actively recommend ideas to make our customers interested to visit us again.
Responsibilities:
•Prepare all kinds of paper work for big banks like "AAIB, Credit Agricole and CIB".
•Insert all the personal details mentioned in the marriage certificates and divorce agreements into the government's system.
