Highlights:
• Successfully built and developed the broker channel for the company from scratch as well as built the channel sales strategy and policies & procedures of the department.

o Managed the sales portal system and all CRM and sales systems to be smoothly merged into one effective system.
o Designed and executed an awareness campaign to promote the new entity’s products and services after the merge.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategy for sales channels of the corporate clients, ensuring that the channel strategy is aligned with the other related department within the company.
• Build and develop the policies and procedures of all sales channels activities.
• Create & implement incentive system for all sales channels to boost their production; develop and achieve the sales revenues objectives through targeted products. Create and design a production dashboard for all sales channels.
• Ensure sustainable and profitable growth of the Sales portfolio and develop and execute engagement plans for each channel based on the needs aligned with the company's risk appetite.
• Interact with the corporate clients’ trends, understand their needs, and provide appropriate insurance solutions and support. Build and maintain a strong, open, and trusting business relationship with them.
• Generate new business from existing clients; make regular joint communication with them to close sales deals.
• Develop a good rapport with corporate customers to ensure optimum customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation from selling company products.
• Engage brokers and agencies sales employees in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about the company's insurance products, offers and understand their issues and concerns about each product.
• Regularly monitor the feedback from the markets and communicate them to the MD on a timely basis. Provide support and recommendations to improve the business.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities by keeping updated information on the local and national insurance markets.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and personal guidance to the sales team; engage management team to create a competitive environment for their staff for achieving higher targets.
• Ensure that all needed information, tools, and systems for the sales model are available and updated.
• Develop and maintain regular sales reports, figures, forecasting & any other records for MD to keep up-to-date records of sales & performance.
