• Providing guidance for visitors
• Answering telephone calls, typing and printing
• Handling telephone and email inquiries
• Keeping updated files and filling of documents
• Dispatching/distributing outgoing and incoming calls/mail
• Should be able to explain departmental policies and procedures to employees
• Respond to Client enquiries
• Support sales department when needed
• Handle booking of meetings
• Maintains attendance log sheet.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and communications plans that leverage the social media space.
Responsible for developing content across owned and earned social channels. Including blog posts, tweets, status updates, and videos.
Creates, manages and grows business presence across social media channels, including but not limited to blogs, Twitter, Face book, YouTube and Instagram .
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolution.
Handling Cash & Card payment and taking personal full details from the customer .
Preparing the daily sales invoice and sending cash to office .
