Key Achievements: Successfully established the project's execution strategy during the mobilization phase
through the development of the Project Execution Plan (PEP), construction methodologies, baseline

• Lead site mobilization and enabling works while preparing the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and
supporting the development of Method Statements for major construction activities.
