• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Managing all Administrative activities and controlling company expenses and approvals from Top Mgmt.
• Planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employees' performance with Dep. Heads in a timely manner.
• Hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
• Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Responsible for overall Performance Management processes and people development to ensure the compliance and stick to performance standards.
