and targets to determine the staffing requirements, and allotment of resources (Men, Material
Equipment) to various phases

* Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project
through daily/weekly/monthly reports with respect to review of the overall project
* Establishing the Progress Measurement weightages for Phase / Disciplines and Activities.
* Review Schedules submitted by Contractor / Sub-Contractors in consultation with Package owners
* Prepare and maintain package work plans and monitor progress to achieve on time or earlier
deliveries to keep the project on schedule.
* Establishing the baseline Schedule of all the Contractors/Sub-Contractors.
* Review of S-Curve submitted by Contractors/Sub-Contractors.
* Distribute the baseline schedule to various Package Owners
* Review Sub-Contractors Weekly Monthly Progress Reports
* Prepare and Submit Progress reports to Top Management.
* Get the S-Curves from Contractors and prepare overall S-Curve for the project.
* Prepare Project Dossier and get it certified at the time of closure of project
