Chief Accountant for Arab Region (KSA, UAE, Oman, Iraq, Libya)&Ghana
Main Responsibilities:
•Monthly Closing of Accounts, Financial Statement Preparation & Trial Balance Reconciliation, review for Arab Region.
•Review the status of receivables aging and collections on a monthly basis.
•Supervise the Fixed Assets and ensuring that the corporation’s asset register is maintained in accordance with the Accounting Standards.
•Supervise the preparation of the weekly liquidity sheet ensuring that there is a sufficient fund to pay the payables.
•Supervise monthly closing activities.
•Coordinate the processes of budget preparation and presentation to Management.
•Responsible for Oracle Finance Release 12 Implementation.
•Provides support to Arab region accountants.
•Projects/Contracts, Business Line, and Departmental Cost Accounting.
•Related Parties Accounts Reconciliation.
•Accounting Reports Preparation and Analysis.
•Responsible for final closing for each period and year-end closing.
•Co-ordinates all kind of taxes proper reporting with tax consultant.
•Preparation of relevant financial reports for internal and external use.
