•Managing a team of 4 engineers, 5 foremen, and 30 workers
•Evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems
•Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers
•Promote and maintain a safe work environment by complying with OSHA standards.
•Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards
•Provide suggestions during incident investigations
•Ensure projects are completed on time

•Research and purchase new manufacturing technology
Cooperation project with Techpack Company; manufacturing new products using narrow neck technique and elimination of wastes using LEAN tools.
• Weekly Rotating shifts (day, afternoon and night; up to 9hrs/day)
• Ensure meeting high quality standards throughout the production line.
• Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
• Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
• Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions
• Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately.
• Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
Cooperation project for the expansion of Middle East Glass CO. ( MEG).
From the Batch house to Stores (End of the Plant)
• Working on the Extension of the Forming area (Hot End area) from 2 IS machines to 3 IS machines and building the area again with complete new utilities.
• Working on the rebuild of the new Furnace with higher capacity.
• Presenting and promoting for Power-Plate machines with effective sharing in sales plan creation for the incoming seasons.
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction (in services, products, and offers), holding and following up deals with clients.
