● Leads development and implementation of process and system audits to assure quality system is effective, monitor and control through GSIP (Global Standardized Inspection Process)

● Selects, develops, motivates, and utilizes human resources in accordance with corporate and government policies and procedures
● Supports launches in other units through pre-launch audit activities

• Local content development with suppliers from blueprints / specs to production process and building prototypes for tests and development /approval of production process at supplier (PPAP)
• APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) Engineer reporting to GM Global Launch Team, participates in technical reviews, risk assessment and ensure APQP deliverables and targets are achieved.
