Develop and monitor the Procurement and Contracts Plan for ELGF program to ensure timely procurement and
manage Contracts of goods, services and works.
· Fully implement procurement and Contracts protocols, and regulations as per Global Communities standards and
practices, and Donor rules and regulations.
· Create and maintain a procurement tracking sheet for ELGF program and provide regular updates to the Finance
Manager, Chief of Party, the Program Management Team in HQ and OGC regarding the status of outstanding
procurements.
· Manage fully-executed contracts, and make sure that all deliverables are received by the end of the contracts’
“Period of performance”.
· Assist in the selection of appropriate contractors, to promote good procurement practice with due regard to
sustainability, and ethical purchasing standards.
· Lead and facilitates Technical Evaluation Committees
· Participate in negotiation of contract terms on a range of central contracts and to monitor performance against
these contracts.
· Support the Program Management Team as needed in reconciling liquidation requests, verify supporting
documents, etc. from the contractor and follow up with the Finance & Admin departments on payments
