This test lab used for testing old equipment which was supposed to be written off, and also used for returned equipment resulted from Vendor swap project
Managed the project phases from initiation to closing
Monitoring of project progress phases, supervising the contractor, revising the procedures of the testing, completing the packages, running progress meeting & controlling the quality
Coordinated and managed of all stakeholders’ interests including radio team, contractors, finance team and warehouse team
Lead a team of technicians to install, commission and expand Vodafone GSM, transmission media and UMTS Sites
