* Sales and Technical Support Engineer for all types of commercial vehicles and semi-trailers.
* Customer Visits inside Saudi Arabia on Dammam, Riyadh, Jizan, Qassim and Tabuk and
outside Saudi Arabia Emirates, Sudan, Yemen, Qatar, Turkey and Oman.
* Monitor Quality Control and Quality Assurance measures
* Coordinate with other heads of departments/BUs, integrating objectives and ideas for
organizational and financial growth.
* Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and
objectives.
* Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
* Manage the design development and Technical drawings, production phases.
* Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
* Follow up of technical and engineering Problems and find optimum solutions. • Develop and
maintain deliverable schedules.
* Prepare the monthly report and submit it to the higher management. • Prepare and revise
the commercial and technical offers.
* Assist in build a new potential market share & open a new market.
Participated in Designing, Developing engineering projects.
* Training for Computer Aided Design using Pro|ENGINEER 2002 and AutoCAD 2004 2D&3D
Tools.
Participated in Analyzing, Designing, Developing and documenting the following
Systems:
* Mobile Robot Systems including trajectory Design, manufacturing, Control System
Design and Trajectory Tracking.
* Double Bending Process including Design of the Pneumatic Circuits and control system
Design.
* Machining and Forming Courses. Automatic Control Systems including Mechanical,
Electronic, Electromechanical and Pneumatic Systems.
* Prepare Help Files, Worksheets & Training Materials.
* Train students on the new software and hardware updates.
