• Developing and spearheading the growth strategy for organizational products through establishment of effective sales operation in BDH-Kuwait office by registering the organization with governmental authorities

Key Responsibilities:
• Effectively supervised and managed several technical issues and provided suitable support for lab and trial testing with our customers
• Managed and controlled inventory consumption and provided oversight of daily activities including computerized inventory controlling and material sourcing.
• Fostered effective inter/intra departmental communication and provided innovative approaches for delivering products in timely fashion by exploring new routes by road and sea shipments.
• Provided administrative support to all operational processes by ensuring eye for quality and an ability to work safely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directed the assaying monitors to check the purity and quality of finish products like gold jewelry and bars throughout fire assay processes.
• Installed the flow sheet processes to control and recover gold from waste material during jewelry manufacturing.y to determine the gold concentration from gold bars, jewelry and scrap materials.
• Eliminated unwanted materials and purified the output using common refining techniques, separated valuable gold from other “waste” materials using Aqua Regia, Inquarting refining techniques.
• Provided inputs to improve the technology and processes used in assaying and registered success of raising the total recovery percentage of
gold while manufacturing to 99%.
• Provided daily and progress reports covering material losses and recovery rate through recovery unit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managed the gold recovery lab to recover gold from waste by hand using Aqua Regia and Cyanidation techniques achieving a high recovery percentage of gold reached to 99% of losses.
• Control the quality and purity of finish jewelry products by utilizing the fire assay process using common techniques of fire assay and X rays
analysis.
• Contributed to minimize gold losses during manufacturing by set up safe operational plan and train the technicians in how to get committed to losses control precautions.
