* Led the initiative of the healthcare start-ups of the new generation of Binladen Family business. This initiative included 25 specialized healthcare start-ups: 5 medical centers, 10 specialized healthcare IT solutions companies, 5 healthcare professional education centers, and 5 health lifestyle companies. I was assigned as the chairman of the directors of these start-ups, reported directly to R&T Group (the SBG family business umbrella) to provide the leadership & supervision on their performance. I managed all stages of these start-ups starting from researches & studies, to the full operation of the companies, including implementing the systems, facilitating the business partnership with international partners.

* Providing timely, top quality consultancy, business, planning, strategic plan, for SBG Family on healthcare business.
* Helped YAS Holding to establish healthcare investment & business lines in several countries, including: Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and others.
* Led the feasibility studies & researches.
* Proposed 27 hospital projects. One of these projects is the first of its kind in the middle east.

* Led the negotiation with the key stakeholders to manage & operate AZUSH under investment of YAS Holding & GMS.
