worked as HSE Manager in the following mega construction project with MBL, the projects are Diriyah Royal Project ( Ad Diriyah ), VIA Riyadh Hotel (Riyadh), with the following responsibilities:
Provide safety training for employees on policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Preparing and enforcing policies to establish a culture of health and safety.
• Inspect and verify company compliance with relevant safety regulations.
• Analyze incident reports, metrics, and injury case studies in order to institute changes that lead to a
safer environment.
• Plans and implements training for employees in worksite safety practices.
• Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention.
• Conducts post-accident investigation and prepares reports identifying possible accident causes and hazards for use by company personnel and senior management.
• Assists in the development, evaluation, and upgrading of safety programs.
• Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities, or new prevention measures.
• Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
• Provides technical support to managers.
worked as HSE senior engineer and HSE shift manager in the following mega construction project with SBG, the projects are Kudai Towers (Makkah), with the following responsibilities:
- Implement the HSE system on the project.
- Ensure that Site Health and Safety Plan is prepared, distributed, and implemented.
- Conduct Site HSE Inspections regularly to ensure that requirements are being implemented.
- Continuous Monitoring of the Site HSE Team and providing guidance regarding effective implementation of the HSE system.
- Ensure method statements are in place for all activities prior to commencement.
- Supervise all HSE and first aid staff to ensure that performance is as required.
- Maintaining the safety data in-line with the documentation process and best international practices.
- Submit weekly and monthly HSE reports to Senior HSE Manager covering toolbox talks; major issues; incidents ad performance against KPIs.
- Ensure that action plans are implemented to improve areas that require improvement.
- Ensure that the first aid room is equipped and stocked so that care can be provided when required.
- Provide information (Alerts and Advisories) on possible hazards and precautions to be taken to the site safety team and Project Manager.
- Advise Senior HSE Manager on the site-related issues and gather support to promote the site safety team.
- Prepare and distribute Safety training material to Site safety staff.
- To ensure that proper Accident Investigation has been done, reported, and communicated to the workforce properly.
- Liaise with external emergency bodies in the event of an incident.
- Moral and administrative support to the site team to deal with day-to-day issues.
- Coordinate, promote, and ensure safety training to employees on HSE topics and responsibilities.
- Ensure that weekly and monthly project HSE meetings are conducted.
