• Maintain proper workshop loading & co-ordination between groups & workshop zones.

Fleet Manager Qualifications and Abilities :


* I’m responsible for the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of company vehicles to ensure the safe and economical usage of vehicles .
* Oversee the repair and maintenance operations for all company vehicles .
* Counsel employees; develop / implement / monitor adherence to policies and procedures / answer telephonic and writter the correspondence; interview employee candidates; prepare employee evaluations .
* Coordinate vehicle concerns and issues
* Research and develop specifications for vehicles, equipment, supplies and materials .
* Determine the need and benefits of out - sourcing vehicles repairs or services .
* Negotiate and establish repair cost or parts pricing with commercial vendors .
* Maintain equipment records in accordance with federal, and local laws, policy or regulation, inventory state inspection .
* Prepare Quarterly state police Inspection Report .
* Review / Process purchase requisitions for parts and supplies, review vendor bid response for tools, equipment, parts, and services

• Ensure that the plant meets all machinery legislative requirements working Legal and HR dept.
• Train, lead and develop maintenance engineers and technicians into efficient troubleshooting and timely repairs team.
• Introduce to his team new skills, trainings. Identify subordinates training needs put budget for training and make sure it is implemented and monitor the effectiveness of the training on the business.
• Conduct periodical meetings with the team to discuss dept KPI’s and other issues.
• Provide accurate and timely plan layouts, feasibility studies for equipment selection.
• Tailor a preventive maintenance schedule for plant equipment, control and source spare parts.
• Submit the annual maintenance Plan and keep records as technical logs for machine history; repair and overall maintenance.
• Timely co-ordination with production and Quality Control depts. for scheduling Preventive Maintenance Program.
