maintenance manager qualifications:
• Maintain proper workshop loading & co-ordination between groups & workshop zones.
• Controls the job flow inside workshop.
• Conducts regular TSM Checklist evaluation.
• Ensures that customer’s vehicles are fixed right 1st time by implementing the set quality procedures .
• Ensures that Customer vehicles are not damaged during repairs.
• Ensures that repair estimates are reasonable.
• Ensures High Quality of Vehicle Washing Prior the Vehicle Delivery.
• Ensures that repairs are carried out as per request within promised delivery time & estimated cost.
• Ensures that others standard of Customer Satisfactions are met perfectly.
• Ensures chief technicians are following quality control policy & procedures & is fully responsible for total service quality.
• Ensures technicians are distributed in-groups as per skill requirements.
• Ensures the computerized & analysis reports are utilized for Follow-up with technician to ensure the delivery in promised time.
• Ensures the monthly KPIs analysis reports are completed to follow up profits and losses for each technician.
• Negotiating with customers to solve their problems and achieve their satisfaction status.
• Strong Technical reports writing and follow the division of profits vs production of each technician .
• MDI, TECH2, and GDS2 Automotive repair programs supported .
• Possibility of faults identifying and analysis it to fix them .
Fleet Manager Qualifications and Abilities :
* I’m responsible for the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of company vehicles to ensure the safe and economical usage of vehicles .
* Oversee the repair and maintenance operations for all company vehicles .
* Counsel employees; develop / implement / monitor adherence to policies and procedures / answer telephonic and writter the correspondence; interview employee candidates; prepare employee evaluations .
* Coordinate vehicle concerns and issues
* Research and develop specifications for vehicles, equipment, supplies and materials .
* Determine the need and benefits of out - sourcing vehicles repairs or services .
* Negotiate and establish repair cost or parts pricing with commercial vendors .
* Maintain equipment records in accordance with federal, and local laws, policy or regulation, inventory state inspection .
* Prepare Quarterly state police Inspection Report .
* Review / Process purchase requisitions for parts and supplies, review vendor bid response for tools, equipment, parts, and services
, monitor expenditures .
* Review financial / budget reports and prepare yearly expending budget .
* Prepare annual bid list for parts and supplies .
* Identify / coordinate training needs for his office staff and company employees .
* Perform system backups, resolve operating errors and software related problems .
Maintain all plant’s equipment & facilities at a high level of efficiency to reduce manufacturing costs. Schedule & execute corrective & preventative maintenance programs.
• Accountable for implementation of all Danone Safety and Environmental standards and making sure that all related KPI’s are achieved such as number of incidents, Lotto implementation, Wise audit and Utilities consumption.
• Ensure uninterrupted production schedules with the highest practicable efficiencies through the lean methodology and factory driving system.
• Guarantee an adequate spare parts inventory & supply. Manage the right level of spare parts and do a risk assessment on the strategic spare parts and ensure that no machine stoppage due to lack of spare parts and work in parallel to maintain the spare parts cost per ton with the budget and work in spare parts localization.
• Ensure all assets maintained and available for production by the application of a preventive maintenance system and confirming all equipment are well maintained as per Food safety standards and suppliers standards to reach the minimum Tech DT % and Increase OE % KPI’s.
• Carry out periodic maintenance according to the preventive maintenance system guidelines & coordinate same with the other departments’ Heads such as production and Supply chain for Cold store to achieve the company target score in AIB audit.
• Ensure that the plant meets all machinery legislative requirements working Legal and HR dept.
• Train, lead and develop maintenance engineers and technicians into efficient troubleshooting and timely repairs team.
• Introduce to his team new skills, trainings. Identify subordinates training needs put budget for training and make sure it is implemented and monitor the effectiveness of the training on the business.
• Conduct periodical meetings with the team to discuss dept KPI’s and other issues.
• Provide accurate and timely plan layouts, feasibility studies for equipment selection.
• Tailor a preventive maintenance schedule for plant equipment, control and source spare parts.
• Submit the annual maintenance Plan and keep records as technical logs for machine history; repair and overall maintenance.
• Timely co-ordination with production and Quality Control depts. for scheduling Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Monitor and control execution of maintenance schedule to achieve optimum use of Co.’s assets and conservation of resources.

• Obtain complete understanding of company process control systems and their impact on the production line beginning with 1st.production step to finished product
• Make recommendations for development action; analyze, modify and improve programmable logic controllers (PLC) and human-machine interfaces (HMI)
• Design and monitor performance indicators, create the necessary bridges between control site and company information systems
• Provide on-going maintenance support and resolution of process control system problems, including taking ownership of such problems to completion
• Write requirements specifications, and high-level design and systems architecture specifications related to control of production processes
• Project management responsibilities
• Lead and Supervise Maintenance & Automation Engineers and Technicians for a three shift, 24 hour operation.
• Coordinate and / or perform maintenance on plastic injection molding machines (150 Ton - 2600 Ton), secondary production equipment, forklifts, HVAC, chiller systems, and physical plant, .
• Manage comprehensive preventative maintenance program.
• Maintain a safe associate environment. Implement safety countermeasures as required .
• Injection processes .
• Automated assembly equipment .
• Firm understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical fundamentals.
• Read the electrical schematics to identify the faults and work to avoid them .
Contributions :
• Provides guidance to the mechanical maintenance personnel in the repair, maintenance and installations including daily process problem-solving and measurement activities that enable continuous plant operations.
• Participates in strategies and implementation of new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
• Deliver new hires orientation and training's.
• Confers with management, maintenance, production, engineering, and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance and/or reliability issues and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.
• Provides ongoing maintenance support for all shifts ( 3 Shifts ) .
• Performs engineering design and review functions in conjunction with other personnel; this may include design, performance verification, evaluating proposals, improvement project studies, and justification.
• Ensures compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of guidelines, training, monitoring compliance, etc.
• Directs preparation of or prepares drawings and specific type of equipment and materials to be used in equipment installation.
• Estimates labor, materials, and equipment costs.( financial works )
• Reviews equipment needs and modifications with department manager.
• Inspects completed installations for conformance of design and equipment specifications and safety standards.
• Tackle a variety of hardware development tasks.
• I collaborate and involve with every aspect of the Hardware Development Life Cycle.
• In this role I assist in the performance of both design evaluation and qualification testing of various systems,
• Troubleshoot existing designs,
• Generate creative design improvements,
• Perform analysis of test data and recommend design changes, and the creation of new products and technologies.
