Identify areas for improvement in logistics operations and develop strategies to optimize efficiency
and cost-effectiveness; implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and continuous
improvement initiatives.
Plan, organize, and oversee logistics operations within the MENA region; coordinate the movement of
spare parts, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements.
