➢ Conducting presentations & Demos to present Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 capabilities to the prospective customers.
➢ Determine the project scope of work, Calculate the project estimations (efforts & costs), Prepare the project plans, assign resources and executing the project tasks according to the deadlines and within budget.
➢ Communicates with the customer’s organization on many levels to obtain the necessary understanding of the business processes to evaluate it against the standard Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 functionality.
➢ Works with the customer’s Key Users to ensure full understanding of the implications to the current business processes and communicate with the Development Consultants in case of modifications to ensure a successful project delivery.
➢ Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and training to customer’s resources to successfully use and maintain Microsoft Dynamics application.
Inboard consultant responsible for Dynamics AX implementation on safari group of companies.
Developing highly functional qualitative modifications and system changes according to the business needs.
Provide recommendations for software developments, implementations and the integration with third parties applications.
Gathering business requirements, preparing gap analysis and designing & documenting business process flows.
Working with the Top management on preparing, designing and implementing the financial statements reports.

Prepare and conduct business process analysis
Document and present results of analysis phase.
Setup the Application according to the analysis phase.
Conduct Key Users and end users training.
Assist in the identification and creation of process test scenarios.
Conduct function testing with developers and customers
Follow-up & execute the implementation plans.
Pre-sales activities to present our software application and its futures.
Also I am the responsible person for Analyzing, designing, testing and representing all issues related to BayaNet HR & Payroll modules
Gathering business requirements and determine the technical specifications.
Design process flow diagrams and all required business functionality.
Testing the application using test cases methodology.
Managing any change requirements related to existing application (work-flow or functionality )
Support the documentation department in developing training materials and user Guide.
• Setting up and installing DMS products in network environments.
• Making gap analysis with customers to determine the deference between our software applications and customer's needs.
• Preparing test cases for defects reproduction and elimination
• Troubleshooting the new virgins of our software applications.
• Giving training courses to the customers to teaching them how to use our software program in conducting his business.
