- Receive RFQ from Managing Director.
- Study the drawings and raising design queries to customers for missing details.
- Make quotations for Steel Structures Projects according to the drawings and Specifictions.
- Making the work shop drawings and models using CAD programs (Tekla structures, AutoCAD).
- Estimate the required raw materials.
- Ensure resources availability, conduct procurement.
- Make the Schedule of fabrication.
- Coordinate with project manager so as to prepare work schedule of the projects.
- Organise, plan & execute the daily production & transport requirements.
- Execute the work within budget by implementing cost control system so as to achieve targets.
- Plans and prepares the project Program covering all phases of the project.
- Follow up the installation stages in the site.
- Work on solving intra problems and ensure successful project integration.
- Be responsible for projects progress, quality and technical requirements till reaching final accepted deliverables.
- Participate in Client's meetings and resolve Client Technical and Management issues.
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Receive the Project drawings from Sales department.
- Making the Engineering drawings using CAD programs.

Production engineering is a combination of manufacturing technology with management science. A production engineer typically has a wide knowledge of engineering practices and is aware of the management challenges related to production. The goal is to accomplish the production process in the smoothest, most-judicious and most-economic way.
