Job responsibility: My duties include; commercial and contractual management of subcontractors
including review of contract notices, drafting of contractual correspondence, review of applications for
payment, progress, variations, claims etc. Review scope of work and keep updated the scope baseline in
conjunction with Lead Engineers and Works Package Manager, conduct and review Risk Assessment for
the Work Package, create and update in cooperation and coordination with all the project team the live risk
register. Delay events - In conjunction with the Planning and Project Controls Manager, analyze the critical
path and consequent impact on the general time schedule and budget. Assist the Commercial Manager in
the negotiation of change orders and the identification of potential changes (variations) Tracking of the
change management control process. Responsible for the Subcontractor/Supplier Claims file and
monitoring all potential claim issues. Establish relevant claim argumentation based on the Main Contract as
well as all subcontracts on a regular basis. Coordinate the collection of all relevant data and information to
support the claimed issues. Preparation of complete and comprehensive files to forward the issue to the
client or subcontractor. Follow up of all claims related actions and be responsible for the documentation

government laws and regulations. Notifying the change items in the contract and preparing the Cost

Job responsibility: Monitoring project according to spec, consultant or employer requirements. Following
up daily & weekly reports from project engineer. Preparing project monthly payments. Following up
submittals of subcontractors shop drawings/material and preparing submittal statutes for project. Evaluate
consultant demand of variation orders with contract documents. Arranging payments to subcontractors.
Studying drawings, sending information request to clarify disparity. Investigate quality assurance at site,
contract control, and other items might be required to meet ISO 9002 standard requirements. Provide
interface between quality assurance requirements & quality control. Coordination between
civil/architect/MEP/requirements, solving site problems.
