ICI BEIRUT: Renovation and Installation of new systems For a RADIO studio 1000m²
o Design and shop drawing of Civil and Mechanical Systems:
Demolition, Acoustic false ceiling, HVAC, Plumbing, Water
supply, Drainage.
o Material submittal and shop drawing submittal
o Daily reports and schedule for work progress
o Coordination with Architect and Electrical sub-contractor to
resolve tasks
o Project summary balance for CEO with all Purchase order,
Variation Order, Worker wages, Client payment and IPC
PORTSIDE Project (high-rise building composed of 6 basements, ground floor, 23 stories, and a roof): ○ Prepare daily reports. ○ Inspection of daily works. ○ Ensure method of statement. ○ Checking contractor and subcontractor bills after confirming works at site. ○ Schedule time for labors and subcontractor workers. ○ Ensure that all tasks are completed prior to the designated deadline.
11 GREEN PROJECT (residential building composed of eleven blocks and a swimming pool): ○ Coordinate between subcontractors and other members of the construction team. ○ Create and maintain project documentation, including construction plans, progress reports, and methods of statement. ○ Test materials and structural integrity. ○ Conduct inspections of construction sites to ensure that work is being completed safely and in accordance with regulations. ○ Provide technical advices and suggestions for project improvement. ○ Drawing up work schedules to crew members. ○ Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
