Quantities, contract administration, evaluate variations, issuing claim letters, notices, invoices, payment to
sub-contractors, quantity pick off, prepare construction shop drawings.
Project: Janat Al Rawdatain (5 star hotel).
Job responsibility: prepare Bill of Quantities, review invoices of sub-contractors, review & give
conclusions to sub-contractor’s claims, review variations, cash flow forecast, re-measure actual work for
invoice to sub-contractor, prepare formal contract agreement to sub-contractor, administrate contractual
issues and correspondences.
Project: Division of Procurement, Tender, Contracts.
Job responsibility: prepare contract documents, floating tenders, liaise with end-user for scope of work
requirement and for any tender clarifications, evaluating bidders offers, and translation services.
Project: bus depot - RTA. (Re-measured quantity), Value 125 million
AED. Job responsibility: Quantity pick off for re-measured contract, prepare invoices, contract
administration, evaluate variations, drafting contract agreement, prepare comparison sheet for multiple sub-
contractors.

Job responsibility: My duties include; commercial and contractual management of subcontractors
including review of contract notices, drafting of contractual correspondence, review of applications for
payment, progress, variations, claims etc. Review scope of work and keep updated the scope baseline in
conjunction with Lead Engineers and Works Package Manager, conduct and review Risk Assessment for
the Work Package, create and update in cooperation and coordination with all the project team the live risk
register. Delay events - In conjunction with the Planning and Project Controls Manager, analyze the critical
path and consequent impact on the general time schedule and budget. Assist the Commercial Manager in
the negotiation of change orders and the identification of potential changes (variations) Tracking of the
change management control process. Responsible for the Subcontractor/Supplier Claims file and
monitoring all potential claim issues. Establish relevant claim argumentation based on the Main Contract as
well as all subcontracts on a regular basis. Coordinate the collection of all relevant data and information to
support the claimed issues. Preparation of complete and comprehensive files to forward the issue to the
client or subcontractor. Follow up of all claims related actions and be responsible for the documentation

Job responsibility: responsible for all QS and contractual matters related to the execution of the
construction contract including payment certificates, claims, variation orders, etc. Performing professional
contract administration work with experience in FIDC and the ability to advise on contract requirements
and procedures. Identifying areas of non-compliance. Knowledge of international contracts, UAE
government laws and regulations. Notifying the change items in the contract and preparing the Cost
Implications. Evaluating & Certifying the Sub-contractors billing & Payments. Prepare monthly cost
analysis report including cost forecast. Preparation of Rate Analysis for the additional items from the
project. Knowledge on Budget, Costing Statements & Projections. Co-ordination with various department
unit such as execution, planning & cost control, procurement, Materials / Stores for the day to day activities
related to project. Comparison sheet for various civil items. Preparation of cost reports.
Expertise in take-off of quantities in co-relation to project specifications of multi-storey buildings and
heavy civil & MEP projects. Study specification, general & particular requirements for pricing tenders.
Preparation of pre-tender packages, attend to consultant clarification. Standardize the pricing forms of
similar projects to save time and speed up execution. prepare B.o.Q schedules, specifications.
Communicating with subcontractors & suppliers to get quotations, preparation of tender documentation.
Providing alternative offer to client by means of engineering value to suit Company & client, convincing
employer / engineer that our offer is the best. Supervising QS team.

5. 2B+G+13 residential building of 60 million Dhs/consultant: M/S Emirates Design Consortium.
6. 26 villas to Government of Dubai of 27 million Dhs /consultant: M/S Al hashmi.
7. B+G+14 residential building of 71 million Dhs/consultant: M/S Arif & Bin toak.

Job responsibility: Quantity take-off SMM7 for that re-measured contract. Estimating quantities for
ordering, evaluate subcontractors payments. Preparing claim assumptions including (quantities, pricing
analysis and negotiations according contract conditions). Contract Interpretation, Preparation of Variations,
Claims and dispute resolution procedures, Identifying claims from inception, Substantiation of claims,

of claims and warranty issues.

Job responsibility: Site supervision to comply with contract & client requirement. Checking materials
submitted for approval, monthly payments, shop drawings, laboratory reports, and quality of work done at
site. Coordinating with local authorities to fulfill their requirements & solving site problems encountering
work. Evaluating variations required and compensate it with final payment.
Projects: Extension to Etisalat exchange project plus renovating the old one/ project value Dhs 1
million/ consultant: Nutek
Job responsibility: Monitoring project according to spec, consultant or employer requirements. Following
up daily & weekly reports from project engineer. Preparing project monthly payments. Following up
submittals of subcontractors shop drawings/material and preparing submittal statutes for project. Evaluate
consultant demand of variation orders with contract documents. Arranging payments to subcontractors.
Studying drawings, sending information request to clarify disparity. Investigate quality assurance at site,
contract control, and other items might be required to meet ISO 9002 standard requirements. Provide
interface between quality assurance requirements & quality control. Coordination between
civil/architect/MEP/requirements, solving site problems.
