Momentum is a Technical Development Program offered by NOV to bring in Engineers to build domestic and international talent in Engineering and Technical-sales roles. Following are the different rotations that have been covered:

1-PDG Rotation, Personnel Development Group, Aberdeen-UK
Worked on Product line Presentations, presenting NOV Downhole products, Drill Bits & Drilling Tools.

2-Service Center Rotation, Dubai-UAE
Worked on the Workshop servicing NOV Downhole tools. Motors, Agitator, Fishing Jars, Anderreamer, MOCS, and etc..
Completed service training courses: ETT (Service Equipment TorqueMaster Training), AGST (Agitator Service Training), DMST (Drilling Motor Service Training), and ARST (Anderreamer™ Service Training).

3-Sales Rotation, China
Provided Drill bits technical proposals, Performance Summary, Data analysis, Rock Strengths Analysis,
Client meetings & prepared customer presentation.

4-DSE Rotation, Dubai-UAE
Worked with Iraq Drilling Solution Team in Dubai.
Provided Dull Grading Analysis, Failure analysis Reports, Drill bit run reports, Hydraulics analysis, Vibration analysis and Rock Strength Analysis.

5-PLE Rotation, Product Line Engineer, Conroe TX -USA
Went through the PDC drill bits design, manufacturing and material.
Worked with the bit reliability team.

6-Field Sales Rotation, Cleburne TX -USA
Involved in daily bit delivery to the rig, rig foremen meeting, Data collection, and Drill bit dull grading.

JABAL EILIOT Co. LTD. Oct 2011- Present
Worked as a Mechanical Engineer for JABAL EILIOT. It’s an EPC company and Joint venture of Jabal AL Dhahran and two Indian companies, EIL(Engineers India Ltd.) and IOT(Indian Oil Tanking).
Involved with:
• Dealing with contractors and Inquires.
• Procurement.
• Company registration for subcontract projects.
Went to India for three months on the job training: Visited site and Offices
• Experienced with ASME/ANSI standards
• Piping Isometric design, P&ID, Detail Drawings
• AutoCAD, SmartPlant Isometrics, SolidWorks and MS Office

Summer Training Program, worked as a mechanical engineer for Office Services Department, under Office Planning, Design & Projects Division for 8 weeks. Things were involved during the program:
• Dealing with HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning) system.
• Enhance strong group communication for group work projects.
