Project Scope: The project scope includes the construction of 30km Long tunnel for providing utility services. Inside the tunnel, there is Electrical Cabling (66kV, 11kV and LV Cabling), Cable Management System (Both for 66/11kV & LV cables)
Four kinds of Piping Works which are District Cooling System (Supply & Return), Pneumatic Waste Collection System, Irrigation System and Potable Water System. These pipes are also buried in ground in approx. 15km distance.
Total Experience 7 Years presently working in Descon Engineering Industrial Co Ltd L.L.C. Qatar as a Project Engineer the various major shutdowns & projects & maintenance work for the various refinery and petrochemical plant in the Middle East region. The following is a brief summary of my job responsibilities.

• Detailed schedules cost reports project coordination in following types of projects.
• Shutdown activities of various, oil Gas & Petrochemical plants.
• Maintenance activities including Opening, Hydro Jet cleaning, testing, repairs & Box-up of heat exchangers, fin fans, columns, vessels, tanks, furnaces, valve etc. repair replacement of trays, internals in columns, etc. Fabrication, welding, installation, testing & commissioning of piping.
• Conducting Presentations Meetings with the Client's Planning/Maintenance Team
• Generation of various reports from the updated Schedule for review by the management
• Attend Coordination / Progress meetings with the Client; update the Client with the Progress and take-up action points
• Resources Estimation, Deployment Charts, Resources Curves, Analysis
• Cost Estimate of additional work requests during the Shutdown/Project execution period.
• Prepare Work Packages for the Shutdown related Equipment consisting of all Technical details, Bill of Material, Site requirements
• Generate various reports related to the projects, (e.g. Inspection, Box-up, Progress, Wall charts, etc.) Coordinate with Sub-Contractors viz. Scaffolding, Insulation requirement
• Prepare Cost & Man-hour analysis reports with breakdown of various categories (Manpower, Equipment, Subcontractor items, etc.) for submission to the Management
• Invoices, Job Completion Certificates Follow-up
