planning/ scheduling through different planning packages.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate client/contractor meetings to resolve project related
issues.
• Review proposed changes to engineering designs, specifications and details.
• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing quotation from contractors.
• Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering sub-contractor contracts
• Prepare analysis reports including calculation of life cycle cost and equipment selection.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends;
recommending actions.
• Oversee the selection and requisition of materials to be utilized in the project.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Liaising with the client, consultant, sub-contractor and the general workforce involved in the project to ensure quality of work.
• Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site / facilities in order to meet an agreed
programme of deadlines.
• Coordinate the work between subcontractors to complete the work as per required standards.
• Responsible for management of material and human resources on site.
