• Supervise day-to-day workshop activities, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic.
• Plan, assign, and monitor work orders to technicians and contractors.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MPI) activities.
• Coordinate equipment inspections, testing, and commissioning before release
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and OEM specifications.
• Enforce HSE policies, procedures, and permit-to-work systems.

Responsibilities are not limited to the below:
• Ensuring that the company purchases products and services that it can use or resell while making sound decisions.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Calculating costs and establishing spending limits.
• Investigating all suppliers and vendors.
• Establishing contacts with current suppliers and looking for new ones that offer the desired product at a
reasonable price.
• Ensuring that approved purchases are ofhigh quality and cost-effective.
• Keeping track ofpurchase history and other important data.
• Pricing and supplying contract negotiations.
• Making a purchasing strategy for goods and services.
• Preparing bid results reports for future purchase decisions.
• Keeping an eye on the contractors work to ensure that the contracts terms are followed.

◦ Load out sending to the rig & receiving the backload.
◦ Inspection Certificate uploading to the company software.
◦ Service tickets preparing for our client to charge as per each contract.
◦ Preparing the job packs for each job.
◦ DRSS - Aramco Portal.

• Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry.
• Check source documents for accuracy.
• Verify data and correct data where necessary.
• Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
• Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.

• Store completed documents in designated locations.
