• SEVEN projects in “Madinah- Tabuk - Yanbu -Taif”
Responsibilities :
• Responsible to plan, develop, and forecast the Cost Control functions and achieve the maximum profitability of the project.
• Follow up the project daily cost data required, preparing, compiling, entries, reviewing with full verification to the data
• Review and analyze the weekly productivity report.
• Provide all necessary cost information requested to project management to facilitate reducing the project cost.
01. Lead and supervise seniors and juniors .
02. Guide and supervise analyzing the budget baseline and revisions, and the development and update of the project cost breakdown structure for each project handled by subordinates .
03.Review monthly reports prepared by subordinates before final issuance .
04.Coordinate with managers to highlight the overall process application challenges.
01. Review sub-contractors invoices and client invoices .
02. Plan and maintain project budget and schedule planning.
03.Coordinate the work of the technical office team
01. Quantity surveying for all items in project.
02.Sub contractor Invoices and Issues Purchase order .
01. Supervising all reinforced concrete works for main building
02.Supervising finishing works for main building .
