• Plan, design and implement all data network and security solutions in all Orange Egypt corporate sites (Nile City, Sphinx, Saqqara, Oracle, Agouza, Pyramids Heights, Shops, Franchise, remote sites and any other corporate site)
• Provide and implement up to date data center solutions in all Orange Egypt data centers
• Remain at the cutting edge of security issues surrounding network, systems, and data security as well as striking the right balance between the need to protect data and systems and the need to run the business with a high level of satisfaction.
• Provide advanced solutions for all Orange Egypt converged data network requirements including software configuration and hardware solutions
• Implement all converged corporate data network projects
• Provide data centers load balancing switching advanced solutions
• Responsible for Data Network maintenance (EOL, EOS, IOS upgrades)
• Design and implement the proper solution for any corporate site relocation, staff increase, or any other facilities expansion or relocation.
• Design validation for all data network projects.
• Design and Implement for new VPNs.
• Support with network solutions the expansion plan of all branches, shops, mini shops, franchise and all other types of sales and customer service projects
• Monitor Capacity and manage all corporate data network network, taking necessary action when needed
• Support Corporate Voice (IP telephony/Call Canter) objectives, design and implement all network infrastructure that carry voice call center traffic, and increase its capacity according to call center expansion plans
• Design and implement all wireless connectivity inside Orange Egypt corporate sites and shops
• Support data network operations team with proper solutions and designs in maintaining data network KPIs
• Support with solutions all day-to-day requirements received from all corporate departments
• Reduce Time-To-Market of Orange Egypt business/Sales/Technology projects by providing fast and reliable solutions, work closely with all projects stake holders to provide best solution
• Support any data centers move or relocation
• Apply Quality of Service (QOS) and traffic engineering techniques upon request over Data network links to avoid any traffic congestion.
• Design any related routing or switching changes in Orange Egypt data centers.
• Plan for any down time action to ensure minimum or no impact on business continuity.
• Purchase and select best solutions among different alternatives from different vendors
• Prepare high level and low level design sheets of new projects and big tasks

• Participate in handling complex data network projects, and is able to provide technical proposals that speed problem resolution or better implementation of work orders.

• Play key role in network design reviews for new projects.
