Responsibilities:
• Extensive experience in operation and maintenance for:
o Turbo-generator SIEMENS SGT-100 with ALSTOM AC Generator 5.25 MW.
o Turbo-generator SIEMENS SGT-300 with CONVERTEAM AC Generator 7.9 MW.
o Turbo-compressor SIEMENS SGT-400 with STC-SV centrifugal compressor.
o Turbo-compressor GE LM2500+ DLE with NUOVO PIGNONE centrifugal compressor 2BCL606.
• Perform CMs and PMs on all rotating and static equipment according to RASHPETCO CMMS.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and periodical reports on equipment operation and parameters status.
• Monitors the operational performance of the gas turbines, running parameters and auxiliaries operations using the condition monitoring techniques and Bently Nevada System-1.
• Perform technical investigation for workshop repair activities to identify root cause of failure, corrective repair actions and lessons learned.
• Perform laser alignment using PRUFTECHNIK ROTALIGN and EASY LASER.
• Perform borescopes inspection using OLYMPUS IPLEX, WAYGATE Detect XL+ and GE MENTOR.
• Review procedures, job plans, operating and maintenance manuals and service bulletins for safe maintenance and operation.
• Perform permit to work, toolbox talks, risk assessments, ensuring safe work practices according SHELL AMS (Asset Management System) as a performing authorized person.
• Prepare lifting plans and execute lifting operations as a lifting appointed person.
• Perform mechanical isolation procedures as an isolating authorized person.
• Participate in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) investigation meetings as technical advisor to provide operational and failure data for precise troubleshooting and underlying fault finding using RCA techniques.
• Participate in RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) workshop and meetings as technical advisor and provide failure data in collaboration with Reliability Engineers.
• Participate HAZOP studies in gas turbine units to identify potential hazards, operability issues in process and to propose preventing actions.
• Attend daily permits to work meetings.
• Attend daily work request meetings.
• Attend weekly asset integrity meetings.
• Perform monthly stock scheduling, technical survey, and spare parts purchase.
• Cooperate effectively with planning, HSE, reliability, production and other departments.

• Commissioned, started-up, operated, and maintained three-stage Ariel reciprocating gas compressor.
• Commissioned, started-up, operated, and maintained V-type Waukesha gas engine.
• Collaborated with process engineers to develop and implement gas compressor operation plans.
• Held Permit to Work (PTW) performing authority for safe and efficient maintenance activities.
• Delivered daily status reports on equipment performance and operational metrics.
• Drafted operational test procedures for compressors and generator sets.
• Executed pre-designed test scenarios to evaluate equipment performance.

• Commission and Operate of all mechanical systems in Tugboats, ships and frigates (lube oil system, fuel system, compressed air system, bilge and ballast system, fire fighting system and starting system).
• Perform alignment jobs for diesel engines, compressors, pumps and between propeller shaft and gearbox using laser alignment device.
• Installation, mounting and leaking test of piping systems.
• Work with DCNS experts in mechanical installations in GOWIND ships.
• Perform reports for the quality control department.
• Schedule job orders according to priority and critical path.
