• Making all Company Accounts on Oracle R12 (Fixed Asset’s, Depreciation, CIP, GL, LC, Payable, Expenses, Tax…)
• Follow-up all the projects under implementation CIP with Relevant departments and contractors.

• Making All Accruals exp accounts of the month (Water, Electricity, Bonus, Gas, transportations …).
• Amortizing all prepaid Exp Monthly.
• Preparing the Withholding tax report on a quarter basis report form No.41
• Manage the LCs and its related foreign trade operation
• Verifying with any claims happened and follow Up with Insurance Co.
• User access for online banking system
• Cash management for banks in EGP throw make the necessary transfers and work on the expected in & out.
• Analyze and monitor bank fees & maintain bank accounts.
• Checking the Accounts daily and Follow up The Changes That Happen
• Prepare and post journal entries for inter-company accounts
• Performing month-end closing activities including GL accounts reconciliation
• Coordinate the end of month closing process to ensure all corporate deadlines are met Preparing quarterly and annual financial statements
