• Prepared Monthly Payroll for Company employees and social and medical insurance.
• Auditing & follow up of ODB& OCB (Petty Cash & Advanced to Staff & Tax & Claims &Accruals & Prepaid Exp & ………).
• Making All Accruals exp accounts of the month (Water, Electricity, Bonus, Gas, transportations …).
• Amortizing all prepaid Exp Monthly.
• Preparing the Withholding tax report on a quarter basis report form No.41
• Manage the LCs and its related foreign trade operation
• Verifying with any claims happened and follow Up with Insurance Co.
• User access for online banking system
