• Structural design Analysis and Peer review projects and ensure fulfilment of all local authorities’ requirements along with codes and standards provisions.• Delivering different projects phases from Pre-concept, concept, Schematic and up to construction stage• Review Shop drawings to ensure it’s matching to the IFC, Prepare mark-ups, and check drawings.
• Review construction submission documents, material submittal, test reports, MOS and prequalification to ensure that it’s matching to the applicable codes, standards, project contract documents and specs.
• Monitor and inspect contractors work to ensure structural soundness.
• Evaluate and Solve technical and site issues and Provide assistance to inspectors and PM.• Review the design of post- tension slabs and make value engineering.

• Responsibilities: Structural design of Towers, Buildings, Commercial Centers and Luxury Villas.
- Monitor, Check and Review the design of Sub-contractors specialist works.
- Attend meetings and discussions with the Authority building permit engineers and Contractors
- Dealing with site issues, clashes, and solve supervision inspections problems.
- Produce comprehensive, accurate professional structural calculations and design reports.

Full Structural Design of Hotels, Towers, Villas and Factories.
- Produce plans matching the specifications and requirements of the code, prepare structural
calculations and reports, prepare full structural drawings, produce Revit Structure BIM models,
liaise, attend meetings and negotiate with the contractors, sub-contractors and clients,
deal with site problems, clashes, and supervision inspections problems.
- Design Codes: ACI (American Code) - SBC (Saudi Code).
