Assistant Marketing Manager

In charge of:
- Planning, implementing, monitoring all marketing activities (ATL, BTL, Online,
Offline & Market Research), and developing strategic recommendations regarding
to the company objectives, reporting to MD.

-Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of publicity and reactions of consumers
-Analysis of the performance of advertising campaigns and to make
recommendations for improvements.
-The establishment of activities used to increase brand awareness and promotion
communicate to a variety of target markets.
-Surveys on an annual basis to update information on the size of the market.
-Division of the market, the brand, and to meet the needs of the consumer and
requested benefits.
-The preparation of the marketing plan,
-Media analysis, sales analysis,

internal situation and external
-Coordination of the preparation of any exhibitions and events.
-Improving the usability, design and content of the company website
-Provide logical feedback to management regarding marketing, progress with work
objectives, and administrative issues to enable informed decision making.
- Create sales-ready tools, including market-facing presentation content to be used
by Sales to highlight benefits of our services to our clients.
- Create compelling marketing campaigns using strategies we encourage our clients
to purchase.
Oversee traffic management including creative print, web, advertising and press opportunities. Assist Director of Corporate Communications in the planning and execution of overall communications strategy. Manage implementation and distribution of communication tools to external audiences including news flashes, promos, and sales playbook. Act as liaison and point person with Sales and Marketing management for projects and promotions. Assist with a variety of Corporate Communications projects including creation of PowerPoint presentations, light copywriting and program/product promotions. Act as key Sales liaison for specific distributor and direct sales requests including images, brochures, presentations, etc. Maintain dashboard of projects, ROI and other metrics regarding project impacts. Maintain inventory of .marketing collateral. Actively work with Project/Product Mangers to determine cost estimates and timing for communication projects. Assigned tradeshow project support and activities. Act as Corporate Communications representative . Stay current with industry practice on marketing communications using knowledge to impact communication tactics. Special projects as assigned.
