• Achieving the target of sales of IFG 5 Brands (KAMA -CDW -SHINERAY-VICTORY-ZOTYE) Trucks-Dumpers-Passenger Car and Van.
• Prospection, evaluation and development of potential dealers
• Assist and support dealers/partners through visits;
• Prepare marketing and sales plans and ensure the achievement of the forecasts;
• Supervise dealer performance, aiming to increase market share;
• Make sure the products fulfill the market legislations and requirements;
• Keep dealers updated about product releases and to provide full training to sales force in charge to achieve profitable results;
•Design presentations about the company and its performance for each period presented and sent to banks, governmental agencies, and JAC Motors in China
•Prepare the annual marketing plans with sales management
•Study automotive market and to compare prices and specifications Between the competitors and JAC Motors
•Prepare the sales& stock report monthly and sent it to JAC MOTORS in China and to AMIC (Automotive Marketing Information Council)
•Prepare marketing reports as required by JAC Motors in China
•Analysis the monthly (AMIC report) and submit a report to Chairman
•Coordinate with the advertising company to design catalogs and advertising banner
•Responsible for the European Quality Certificates (E-mark) and dealing with government (General Organization for Export and Import Control - Egyptian Organization for Standards & Quality)
•Follow-up the Chinese Team, providing everything they need and coordinate with them in the service campaign and Discuss workflow.
•Follow up the distributors and provide them by all the required catalogs, Banners and all forms of advertising
•Manage the official Facebook page of JAC motors Egypt, follow up the customers, design the posts and publish the new information about the models and company periodically
•Prepare and Send the price lists to customer's email or fax
•Dealing directly with customers and receive their complaints by (phone - email - personal meeting) And solve it by following up with the competent departments
•Coordinate with service centers, Spare parts dealers and solving their problems and also search for New service centers and Spare parts dealers.
