•Create annual technical training plans based on targets and Training standard KPI’s.
•Design and implement technical training material and programs to be conducted online and offline
• Develop, maintain and update Online Training Modules (E-learning) on Nissan Academy Online.
•Conduct On the Job Training (OJT) based on Course needs/ performance
•Maintain training records and course completion on the Learning Management System and send them to Dealers.
• Monitor and report quarterly (dealers’ staff status, organization changes, turnover ratio, newly hired and trained).
•Follow-up with dealers to ensure attendance at necessary courses
• Work closely with Area Aftersales Managers to ensure training needs are understood, communicated, delivered and measured
•Prepare training materials and visual aids such as presentations, flipcharts, handouts, assessments/evaluations.
•Coordinate training center logistics and workshop facilities, special tools, Diagnosis equipment and software update
•Plan, organize and conduct annual Skill Contest for technicians.
•Supporting of special events organized by Nissan as a cross function activity.
Plan and conduct each brand "Nissan - Suzuki" training programs.
• Identify training needs and requirement based on the skill matrix and CR.
• Prepare, modify and create different training materials and tutorials.
• Responsible for training technicians, team leaders and service advisors.
• Maintain training records.
• Conduct On the Job Training (OJT)
Pixels MakerSpace is a Collaborative open makerspace equipped with digital fabrication lab where anyone can get together to share knowledge, and collaborate on projects and hands-on activities.
