I am in charge of the inventory level of raw materials and components.
Follow up the MPS achievement and propose preventives actions regarding material availability to ensure MPS realization.
Setting up, define and lead actions for raw materials inventory levels.
Create follow up files and Monitoring KPI, KRI and supply chain patterns on daily weekly and monthly basis.
Maintain an optimal stock value and ensure the follow-up of commissions and material flows.

Follow up daily the material arrivals according to firm orders and make sure suppliers ship parts on time/ quality/packaging/EDI.
coordinate with transport control department suppliers, customs, carriers, forwarders delivery plans terms and cost agreement that meet the company cost effective goals and follow up deliveries status.

Support the implementation with the appropriate departments (APU, Logistics, Purchasing, VPs) tools and methods in order to improve the supply chain organization like Pull flow, Kanban, ED1, Milk run.

Launch the OFs daily in the different workshops depending on the availability of materials and the workloads capacity.

Breaks down the aggregated data (product families) of the ICP (Industrial and Commercial Plan) into individual final references.
