Lead the technical office team (engineers - draftsmen) to implement the HVAC systems and achieve the owner’s projects requirements (O.P.R).
Support clients and consultants to prepare specifications, BOQ, Design, IFC
Technical support to all divisions and clients.
Preparing time schedule for items delivery and construction activities.
Calculations for thermal loads, duct sizing, pipe sizing, external static pressure, noise level.
Preparing shop drawing, composite drawing, builder work, as built drawing, materials technical submittals MTS, MIR, WIR, NCR, thermal load estimation and method statement for construction activities.
Coordination with all stake holders and other divisions to avoid clashes and meet project base line.
Procurement process, dealing with suppliers and subcontractors then releasing the purchases orders, payment vouchers and invoices.
Meeting with clients to discuss them requirements and achieve O.P.R
Make KPI for all team members.
Motivation and support all team members.
Lead all related activities to (VRV systems - Chiller plant - Boiler room)

3- Educational buildings like (Ain shams university, program building GEMS school - AMIDEAST ALEX Branch - Britoon School)
4- Medical buildings like (Abu elriesh Hospital - Suez medical complex - El ariesh hospital - New giza clinics - Sun center)
5- Industrial buildings like (JUHAYNA factory - ARABCOMED factory)
My role is to actively implement the mechanical utilities like ( HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, infra structural networks ), coordination with other disciplines; management, PMT and PID to avoid clashes and meet project base line, lead all VRV activities, identify problems and identify solutions.
My role was to design, supervise and lead installation’s team of HVAC systems (chilled water - VRV - package units - DX - Split) specially the new technology VRV system which have many benefits like power saving up to 50%, individual control for indoor units, centralized controller for the system instead of using BMS, working on multiple projects
My role was to execute the mechanical utilities as per contract & project specifications like HVAC, firefighting, plumbing including materials survey, inspection, shop drawing and coordination with other disciplines to avoid clashes at site, commissioning works for all utilities then hand over to the owner
