► Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
►Responsible for total allocated facilities services including MEP, building services and administration in accordance with manufacturing processes
►Responsible for managing small & large capital projects overseen by Facilities management
► Project Manage new plant and equipment introduction from initial specification right through to Implement & support 5S activity for new & existing projects
►Supervise constructions, operations and maintenance activities at site and ensure compliance to design specifications and safety requirements
►Ensure that all materials and equipment installed by the contractor meet company requirements and project specifications
►Preparing renovation and lay-out drawings for various facilities projects
►Planning the work and efficiently organizing the construction and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
►Attendance and lead of all FM project related meetings
►Develops detailed work plans, schedules and status reports
►Where possible uses lean techniques within the overall facility upgrades
►Manages the integration of FM tasks and tracks and reviews project deliverables
►Deliver consistent high quality work utilizing industry standard methodologies and materials
►Co-ordinate with key stakeholders with regards scheduling of orders and deliveries
►Accomplished new factory setup from original concept through final implementation
►Supervised all aspects of day-to-day activities.
►Assigned tasks and ensured project were completion in safe, timely and efficient matter.
►Outlined the proposed work, materials and equipment required to complete assigned tasks
►Liaised with consultants, laborers and the execution teams, as well as develop the planning and execution of the detailed work schedules
►Monitored and supervise sub-contractors and set up team
►Ensured sufficient manpower is allocated for the task in hand
►Keep a record of project reports and monitor the progress.
►Technical summer internship at fields in Al-Juffali Company (Arabian metal industries Ltd for Mercedes-Benz trucks), including quality assurance, production and warehousing.
►Work on the following machines lathe, milling and shaping.
