Worked in the project of applying new banking system for blom bank branches that called (Getronics financial solution for the branch automation), the estimated time for the project was 9 months and it was done in the due date, the system consists of four modules .the customer service module, the teller module, the loan module and the sales& counseling module, the project was the implementation of the first three modules
• I was one of the team that was responsible for the application process during 9 months, the first phase was the testing of the application, phase two was developing the application process to be matched with our business cycles, and make all system test cases.
• The third phase was putting all the setup of the system such as the limits, authorities, accounting entries of each transaction, the security matrix for all the branch employees, while the fourth phase was revising all the print out of the system such as vouchers and files to reach our customers' satisfaction, then was responsible for preparing all the reports to be printed out from the system to facilitate the control process in the bank for the top management.
• The fourth phase was revising all the interfaces between the new system (GFS) and other systems in the bank such as the core banking system (phoenix), the paying and receiving system (turbo swift) and the Egyptian clearing room system (bank clear)
• Also I am responsible for the database administrating (SQL Server) and responsible for any technical problems that may face the users.
• Also I'm responsible to maintain and fix any database problems.
