c. Contact with the client to explain any miss understanding points in specifications or in the drawings
d. Sending inquires to the purchasing department, suppliers & subcontracts to have priced offer for the special requirements.
e. Making take off for the steel works to get estimated weights and average price.
f. Preparing estimation for our scope of work to get estimated prices based on the project specifications & the offered prices received from the suppliers & subcontractors.
g. Making bill of quantities indicated estimated weights & prices for the steel items.
h. Preparing technical offer explain my scope of work for engineering works, supply, fabrication, QC/QA, painting schedule, delivery conditions, exclusions from my scope of work & costumer scope of work.
i. Preparing commercial offer explain our prices, terms of payments, execution period trying to reach the project time schedule, validity of our offer & warranty period for the fabricated steel items.
j. Sending the B.O.Q, technical & commercial offer to the client before the bid due date.
k. Follow up with the client to know the statue for this project.

2. Contracting Stage:
a. Studding/reviewing carefully all general and special conditions including the technical & commercial point for the contract received from the client.
b. Notice the technical & commercial deviations between the contract and our final offer.
c. Discuss with the client to change the contract to reach our offer or to get best solutions for these deviations without any impact on our prices.
d. Signature the contract initial and finally from our GM.
e. Preparing our method of statement, equipment plan, manpower plan, detailed time schedule any other date/work procedure required to get approval from the project consultant
f. Distribute the contract to get number on it & start execution directly based on the signed contract/approved documents.

o Working in Alexandria for construction company (Tal3at Mostafa Group) in El-Rehab city as site engineer and my scope of work was as the following:
