While I am working in GS E&C (Korean International Company) the main contractor of the ERC Refinery
Project (3.7 Billion US Dollar). as IT Specialist my main job duties are as the following:
 Provide technical assistance & support for all incoming quarries& issues related to computer
systems’ software& hardware.
 Resolve technical problems with Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) and
other systems.
 Install computer peripherals for users.
 Make a mutual discussion with customers to determine the actual technical problem.
 Train the users How to use the installed software.
 Resolve the problems of all connected devices to the PC like printers, scanners, etc.…

 Install the CCTV systems and install DVR and NVR.
 Install network to the key account customers like companies& organizations.
 Make inventory to all present IT devices.
 Report to the IT Manager with all solved and pending technical problems.
 Connect far areas with internet in the same network with AP Devises such as Nano station-
Eugenius, etc.…..
 Responsible for the configuration of the far areas connection devices (wireless solution).
