 Administer personnel files; leave management, time and attendance system in order to ensure appropriate
administration of HR related operations in accord with local labour laws and the regional and local HR
governance framework.

 Assist HR function when needed and required such as payroll, training, recruitment, etc.

 Payroll: Using the MenaITech and Oracle system, Provide HR Manager with any deduction or any addition to
the salaries of employees, Provide Finance department all documents and information as file include any
deduction or any addition to salaries and Keep a copy of the salary file.
 Company events arrangements.
 Office Supplies & Stationery Administration.
 Handling Couriers logistics such as DHL, Aramex upon requirements and as requested.
 Handling Email & Fax of company
 Responsible of Company Purchasing Process and documentation.
 Act as receptionist and reception of guests and provide customer services to clients.
 Arrange, coordinate and schedule meetings and arrange the hospitality.
 Handle Company incoming & outgoing mail along with appropriate distribution to concerned departments.
 Handle company incoming calls and take appropriate messages.
 Administer documentation and archiving using company business continuity guidelines and tools.
 Business Travel Arrangements & other logistics.
 Follow up on daily basis on office boy(s) & cleaning company employees in terms of attendance, vacations
performance and any other related matters
