Basic Job Responsibilities: Senior Cost Controller:-
1. Developing, maintaining, analyzing Budgets and preparing periodic reports that
Compare budgeted costs to actual costs along with supporting forecasting activities.
2. Pre-Control the: Contracts, Purchase Orders, and all Indirect Cost.
3. Controlling and monitoring all Petty Cash and Invoices
4. Controlling and Monitoring Payroll and Time Sheet.
5. Controlling and Monitoring Materials and Stores.
6. Controlling and preparing subcontractors Payment Certificates.
7. Preparing Projects Cost Report
8. Preparing and Monitoring Cash Flow.
9. Preparing Monthly Income Statement.
10. Preparing Working Budget report Versus Actual Cost with Budget
Items Prepare project financial commitments report in monthly basis.
Overall responsibility of accurate and timely book closure including
Reporting requirements
11.Follow Up All Committed Cost & Remaining Budget and Cost @
Completion.
12.Coding P.Cs. & P.Os. As CSI Budget Code
