Working as CCR Operator (Mill Operator) At ROYAL ELMINYA
CEMENT COMPANY.
Responsibilities
•Operation of Raw Mill which is a Vertical Roller Mill and following up all conditions
that have any effect on the efficiency of the Mill and try to find creative solutions for any
problem during the operation.
•Follow up Processing&delivering of raw materials by cooperating with Quarry.
•Operation of Sand Mills which are a Horizontal Ball Mills.
•Operation of Cement Mill which is a Horizontal Ball Mill & Follow up its production
and try to achieve high quality product in cooperation with chemical and physical Lab.
• Co ordination with field people from CCR for smooth operation of the plant.
• Recording of process parameters and plant log for the respective section
• Perform any extra duties assigned by the Shift In-Charge.
•Records the functional problems to provide control over the shift activities.
•Reports operational abnormalities to the maintenance department and follows up to
ensure proper response and work continuity.
•Try to find a suitable solution for any problem in the plant (troubleshooting).
Working as A Lab chemist (Quality Control Lab Dept). in Al farouk group for food industries (honey, oils, herbal plants)

Responsibilities
1-Responsible to perform all physical and chemical checks on
Raw Materials, Semi finished, finished products and
packaging materials according to QC specifications.
2-Responsible for reporting any non conformity results resulted
from the above mentioned tests to the supervisor and
conducting the appropriate corrective action.
3-Responsible for quality assurance decision about the quality
related to the group
4-approve or reject raw materials, packaging materials,
semi-finished and finished products after their analysis
according to the approved specification.
5-Co-ordination with other departments:
a.Production department.
b.Planning department.
c.purchasing department .
e.Maintenance.
f.Personnel department .
