My duties are as the following:
- Provide MEP updated goals and performance
at director’s and managing director meetings.
- Lead both of MEP technical office,
Procurement & tender divisions
- Anticipate and assist the project staff in
resolving problems involving the MEP systems.
- Create and approve project proposals including
scope of work, cost estimate and schedule.
- Identify and execute key department objectives
in alignment with strategic goals.
- Lead, monitor and develop projects MEP staffs.
- Follow up manufacturing and delivery of MEP
materials to the sites.
- Review, check and monitor the MEP
subcontractor’s programs to ensure compliance
with the overall program of the projects.
- Preparing Materials procurement plan
- Lead department operations include staffing,
scheduling, resource allocation.
- Visit projects sites to stay connected with
project directors and project team leadership.
- Inquire and seek feedback on team
performance.
- Provide a review on all project start-up and
commissioning plans.
- Ensure lessons learned and MEP quality
incidents across company.
- Follow up all erection, testing and
commissioning works on site.
- Choice and hiring qualified staff either in head
office or the different sites.
- Attending the progress and coordination
meetings.
- Coordinate and provide technical
support for other disciplines at the head office
such cost control, commercial
and purchasing departments.

My duties are as the following:
- Manage engineering and site works for MEP works.
- Prepare budget of MEP works and purchasing requests for MEP materials.
- Review, check and monitor the MEP subcontractor’s programs to ensure compliance with the overall program of the project.
- Review variation orders and proposals prior to be submitted to the project consultant.
- Attending the progress and coordination meetings.
- Coordinate and provide technical support to both of planning and technical office team on site. As well as coordination with other disciplines at the head office such as procurement, commercial and supply chains departments.
- Review RFI’s for technical design deficiencies or missing information before Submit it to the consultant.
- Preparation of monthly and weekly reports about the project.
- Review the monthly invoices before submit it to the consultant.
The projects:
1- D4 Project consists of 558 villas (fully finished). MEP working value is 262 Million Egyptian pounds.
2- D5 Project consist of 394 villas (fully finished). MEP working value is 131 Million Egyptian pounds.
3- Mixed used project consists of 10 buildings (400 fully finished apartments as well as commercial areas). Each of them consists of (2 Basements +ground +mezzanine + 6 typical floors). MEP working value is 285 Million Egyptian pounds.
4- D3 project consists of 12 buildings (288 fully finished apartments). Each of them consists of (Basement +ground +5 typical floors). MEP working value is 65 Million Egyptian pounds.
My duties were as the following:
- Manage engineering and site works for MEP works.

The project:
Forty west project. The project is part of SODIC (Sixth of October development and investment co).
The project is comprised of 15 buildings (2 basements +6 floors) included 264 apartments as well as the club house. (MEP working value 690 million Egyptian pound.
My duties were as the following:
- Review the electrical calculations such as (Illumination calculations, Short circuit Calculations, voltage drop calculations…. etc.) Prior to be submitted to the project consultant.
- Review the shop drawings, installation method of statements and the material submittals prior to be submitted to the project consultant.
- Review variation orders and proposals prior to be submitted to the project consultant.
- Attending the progress and coordination meetings.
- Coordinate with the mechanical engineers about HVAC system and the firefighting system requirements.
- Coordinate and provide technical support to both of planning and the procurement teams.
- Review RFI’s for technical design deficiencies or missing information before submitted to the consultant.
- Preparation of monthly and weekly reports about the project.
- Coordinate with all other disciplines interface within the Engineering Department to achieve the project requirements.
- Review the monthly invoices before submitted to the consultant
Project:
ABRAJ KUDAI (KUDAI Towers) in Makah - 14 Billion SAR (3.75 Billion U.S$).The main consultant was Dar al Handasah.
The project consists of a large Podium spread on all the site, topped by 12 Towers accommodating several elements with a total built-up area of around 1.5 million m2. These include the construction of 12 Towers, a podium housing, a bus station, shopping mall, restaurants, food courts, a Conference Centre and Car Parks.

codes). In addition to supervision on testing and commissioning works.

approval of contractor's monthly invoices.
- Coordinate with Q.S team.
- Review contractor’s variation orders, proposals and preparing
recommendations to the contractors
- Reply on RFI’s for technical design deficiencies or missing information.
- Attending the progress and coordination meetings
- Preparation of all letters from the consultant to both of the owner and all
contractors.
- Coordinate with the mechanical department about HVAC system,
domestic pumps, fire pumps, CO2 firefighting system, FM200 fire
Fighting system, smoke fans and mechanical requirements in swimming pools.
Projects:
Uptown Cairo Project, Mokattam, Cairo city - US$ 80 Million. The overall
project site is known as Uptown Cairo Project (UTC) Mokattam, which is
considered one of the most prestigious projects in Cairo.
The project is part of (UTC) EMAAR MISR with project management TURNER
construction.
It is comprised of the following packages: a)
Village H: 172 town homes.
b) Village J : 38 villas.
c) Village K: 7 residential buildings (155 apartments).
d) Village G: 44 villas
e) Village F: 9 residential buildings (123 apartments).

as (telephone, fire alarm, CCTV, data and sound systems).

commissioning works.

It is a multi-national project and consists of 6 packages 2- King Faisel 66/11kv
substation (4*25MVA).
3- Kasr El Aini el 66/11kv substation (4*25MVA).
4- Al Azher 66/11kv substation (3*25MVA).
Projects:-
1- LPG (Cylinder manufacturing plant engineering company for metal appliances-ECMA) in 10th Ramadan city.
2- Rodan resort -Sharm El-Kheikh. It was a 5 stars' tourism village including a main building which consists of ground and 5 floors, villas and chalets.
3- IEMCO plant for alloys. The total connected load was around 4MVA.
4- College of pharmacy in Lebanese university - Beirut.
