2- D5 Project consist of 394 villas (fully finished). MEP working value is 131 Million Egyptian pounds.
3- Mixed used project consists of 10 buildings (400 fully finished apartments as well as commercial areas). Each of them consists of (2 Basements +ground +mezzanine + 6 typical floors). MEP working value is 285 Million Egyptian pounds.
4- D3 project consists of 12 buildings (288 fully finished apartments). Each of them consists of (Basement +ground +5 typical floors). MEP working value is 65 Million Egyptian pounds.

Project:
ABRAJ KUDAI (KUDAI Towers) in Makah - 14 Billion SAR (3.75 Billion U.S$).The main consultant was Dar al Handasah.
The project consists of a large Podium spread on all the site, topped by 12 Towers accommodating several elements with a total built-up area of around 1.5 million m2. These include the construction of 12 Towers, a podium housing, a bus station, shopping mall, restaurants, food courts, a Conference Centre and Car Parks.

The project is part of (UTC) EMAAR MISR with project management TURNER

b) Village J : 38 villas.
c) Village K: 7 residential buildings (155 apartments).
