1:- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and support employees and subcontractors, and influence them to take positive action and be accountable for their assigned areas of responsibility
2:- Reviews and monitors project progress to assure quality and adherence to requirements of contract documents.

3:- Liaison with clients and subcontractors.
4:-Ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project participants
5:- Administrating and following up for Shop drawing approvals.
6:-Have sufficient technical knowledge and awareness of details to be able to recognize when technical problems are developing in the various disciplines, and to initiate appropriate corrective actions
7:- Coordinate and follow up with site engineers and making sure that everyone on site is fully aware of his role in the construction activity.
8:-Arrange project meetings in liaison with the Project Manager, internal and external as necessary, to ensure the effective management of the project
9:-Monitor that requirements of the Contract are being satisfied.
10:-Identify any production / technical process which create a delay or which can be optimized and propose solutions to the same.
11:-Participate in the regular meetings with the Operational Group and Project Groups as applicable.
12:- Assists in the preparation or modification of reports, as-built plans, construction schedules, permits and shop drawings for project.
13:- Coordinating with the consultant for all required approvals (SD - WIR - design - and client requirements).
14:- ensure that all sites engineers’ requirements for the construction activities are provided.
15:- Coordinating with Main contractor and other sub-contractors (MEP /ID / Other) for site related requirements.
16:-Participate in Client / Contractor/ Workshop meetings and resolve Client / Engineering and management project issues
17:- Directs and supervise all project correspondents for site related issues (RFIs - TN - EI - SD - TL -WIR - CVI - SD- AB). Related to implantation and site operations.
18:- Directs and supervise all Operation reports (Progress report / outstanding reports / CC dependences report/Testing and commissioning reports).

## TECHNICAL SUPPORTS FOR REGULA PASSPORT INTUSITY WHICH INCLUDES (PASSPORT READER, LAB 4305, SPECTRAL MOUSE MAGNIFIRE, LOW PROFILE, AND VIN MACHINE 7505).

## UP ON REQUEST FOR TROUBLE SHOOTING ANY COMMUNICATION TROBLES.

## RESEARCH AND FULL DESIGN FOR (NET ACCESS, ELECTRONIA, KERI) SYSEMS WITH FULL SUPPORT FOR TROUBLE SHOOTING.

## DEALING WITH INTERNATIONAL SOFTWARES WHICH ADMINISTRATE ALL KIND OF INTELEGENT CAMERAS SUCH AS CCTV, FACE
